About Our Officers

All Hunter Security Officers are registered by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) as a security guard. This means they have
completed a 40-hour training course administered by a certificed training
facility.

Each guard undergoes a criminal history background check through the California Department of Justice (DOJ) and the Federal Bureau of
Investigations (FBI). .Each officer also recieves 8 hours of annual continuing education pursuant to the Business and Professions Code. .In addition to
State mandated training, our officers receive inhouse specialized training depending on where they are assigned.

For example: Guards assigned to a trucking company recieve an additional 40 hours of training in areas specific to that industry. .State law requires guards to have on their person a guard card while working. In our case, each guard possesses a photo I.D. guard card which is optional per the State but required
by Hunter Security as an additional safety precaution.
